Hi Joanne, I just wanted to let you know I received excellent customer service from one of your pharmacists today – Terrie. I have a resident that is transitioning to end of life care and needed comfort meds. The Pharmacist was very expedient in getting the needed script from the provider and working with me to make sure this resident had the meds he needed.  Please let her know how thankful I am especially on a Holiday when people in the health care industry are working away from home. 🙂
